Introduction
systemsGo Careers is a free online service that systemsGo Corporation uses to advertise jobs at systemsGo. You may apply for a specific job advertised or simply register with us so we can consider you for other jobs that come up in the future.

Why register?
Registration it necessary to apply online for any of the positions advertised on systemsGo Careers and gives you the opportunity to apply for specific jobs or to be considered for others. If in the future you do not wish to be considered for other positions simply ‘deactivate’ your account on the Account Management page. You can also have you account deleted by sending us a request to do so by email.

systemsGo Careers is wholly owned and managed by systemsGo Corporation. Applicant information uploaded to systemsGo Careers is accessible only by authorized persons at systemsGo Corporation.

We acknowledge that you have certain rights related to any personal information we collect from you. systemsGo supports the privacy laws of Japan and has policies and procedures in place to meet the requirements of those laws.

Registration on systemsGo Careers requires opening an account and submitting your email address to us as well as your name so we can identify you. You will also be required to set a password. Protection of your password is entirely your responsibility. If you forget your password there is an automated tool to have the password forwarded to you via the email address you registered with us.

systemsGo will use your registered email address to contact you regarding jobs on systemsGo Careers. You can at anytime tell us that you no longer wish to be contacted or considered for jobs on systemsGo Careers by de-activating your account. systemsGo will not use your email address for any other purpose or pass it to other parties without your prior consent.

systemsGo also collects other information from you including work history, education and skills in order to process your application in the best possible way. When hiring we collect more detailed and sensitive information in order to process health insurance, taxes and contact next of kin in case of an emergency. Information that we request you supply is limited to the information we are required to assist you in finding a job or employing you. We do not provide information to third parties without your prior approval.
